Important Policy Notice
To comply with our return and warranty policies, customers must record a video while unboxing the product at the time of delivery. This video serves as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival and is necessary for any claims related to damages, missing items, or discrepancies. Please retain this video until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Super Asia Appliances Warranty Guidelines
- This warranty is exclusive to the original buyer and is non-transferable.
- The warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from Shopping Jin.
- Repairs under warranty will be carried out using new or refurbished parts, and this facility is valid one time only within the warranty period.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- The warranty card must be filled correctly. Any incomplete, altered, or canceled warranty cards will be considered invalid.
- The warranty is void if the product is repaired by unauthorized service centers.
- Damages due to voltage fluctuations, low-quality wiring, generator supply, short circuits, natural disasters, or mishandling will not be covered.
- Warranty is not applicable if the product is used commercially or against the instructions provided in the manual.
- Any damage caused by rat bites will void the warranty.
- Delivery and service visit charges must be paid by the customer (except for visits within the first year of purchase).
- Legal disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Gujranwala courts.
- The company will not be responsible for any financial or physical loss caused by product usage.
- Spare parts for older models are subject to availability.

Fan Products Warranty Guidelines
- Only valid for purchases made from authorized dealers, Super Asia displays, or Shopping Jin.
- The AC-220V fan motor has a 3-year warranty (excluding plastic fans).
- AC-DC or 30W inverter fans have a 5-year motor warranty.
- PCB Kit warranty is 3 years.
- Warranty is void for damages due to wrong wiring, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.
- Ceiling fans with waterproof features are covered for water damage; others are not.
- Plastic fans, exhaust fans, and louver fans do not have a body parts warranty.
